 Stockholm 2009 - Day 4: Stockholm Cityhall & Around the Gamla Stan The Stockholm City Hall (Stadshuset) is the building of the Municipal Council for the City of Stockholm in Sweden. The red-brick City Hall has a 314-foot tower topped with three golden crowns (which are the symbol of Sweden), where the building itself sits on the waterfront and has a beautful view of Gamla Stan. It is also the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet and one of Stockholm's major tourist attractions.  Stockholm City Hall      "Blå hallen"     "Rådsalen"   Beautiful Painted Ceilings..
