Dinner - Paella

We got hands-on with Jamie's Paella which turns out great! Since we have Japanese rice at home, so we didn't buy paella for it. Therefore, the dish turns out a wee bit sticky but nevertheless, it still taste wonderful. The only thing that sucks was the mixed seafood that I bought from Tesco (squids, prawns and oysters). The seafood wasn't fresh and there was a hell lot of sands in the oysters even after washing it for five times under running water!!
