At Soup Restaurant, the most delicious, SUPER YUMMY dish is their famous Samsui Ginger Chicken. In my opinion, it taste even better than Hainanese Chicken Rice. The chicken was steamed without much seasoning after which, dipped in ginger sauce before consumption. The ginger sauce is a fragrant and tasty compliment to the chicken. Ginger and sesame oil, as believed by the Chinese, removes excess wind from the body. You may wrap the chicken in lettuce to achieve that crunch when you bite into the popular Samsui Ginger Chicken. YUMMY!!

We also had its other signature dish - Steamed San Yu. Freshly cut san yu slice lightly steamed and topped with a special made sauce. A typical Chinatown family dish which is pretty nice and light.

We've got ourselves bowl of Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup too. It was great. The juice from the winter melon mixed really well with the pork, making the soup fragrant and delicious.

Rating:
