Tonight's Dinner-1st attempt on Char Siew

Today I was 'thirsty' for some soup and went to Tesco to buy the ingredients for sweet corn, potato and carrot soup and it turns out YUMMY! The soup had the right amount of every ingredient, so it taste very sweet hehee =P Plus we had some pork belly left in the fridge, so we tried a new recipe too - Homemade Char Siew! heheee.. Leslie says its nice, but i think the size of the pork belly is too thin plus I overlook one of the recipe steps, so it turns out kinda hard. Damus is looking forward to doing Siew Ba Char Siew rice hahaa, so will be trying out this dish again after we visit See Woo to buy the 'right' size of pork belly =)
