 Huat Kuey Today was browsing some cooking blogs and found a super duper simple reciepe (baking mum)for huat kuey and instantly went to bought the ingredients. Ingredients are;- 250g self-raising flour 200g brown sugar 220g coconut milk And the usual, four of us (Angeline, Leslie, Damus and me) started making them at night, hahaa. It's taste similar but it doesn't have the flower shape like the ones in singapore though.. hmmm..
