Tonight we tried out 2 new dishes besides our usual teriyaki fried salmon;-
1) deep fried chicken with cashewnuts
2) steamed beancurd with minced meat and preserved raddish

We like the soft steamed beancurd with the tinge of salty sweet raddish taste.
